Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole Smith, the rags-to-riches Playboy Playmate and Reality TV star, married 89-year-old wheelchair-bound oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, when she was 26 years old. On 8 February 2007, Smith was found dead in a Florida hotel room from an overdose of sleeping pills.
She was 40 years old. As she was at the time embroiled in a lengthy legal battle over the $millions she claimed her former husband had left her, some have speculated she was 'suicided'.
On the morning of 29 November 1981, the body of the star of West Side Story was found on Santa Catalina island about a mile from the yacht she had been staying on with husband Robert Wagner. She was 43. The original inquest into her death concluded that she accidentally drowned.
In November 2011, the case was re-opened after the boat's captain Dennis Davern claimed he had heard the actress fighting on the deck with Wagner before she went missing. Davern also claimed Wagner impeded the search for Wood by refusing to turn on lights or call for help.
Rocker Kurt Cobain was found dead in his Seattle home on 5 April 1994, at the age of 27. Although officialdom ruled his death a suicide, some commentators have claimed there was too much heroin in his system be able to function and turn a shotgun on himself. On 20 July 1973, martial arts star Bruce Lee died at the age of 32 after an apparent allergic reaction to Equagesic, a painkiller. According to the coroner's report, Lee died 'by misadventure'.

"Notorious" Biggie Smalls aka Christopher George Latore Wallace was pronounced dead on the morning of 9 March 1997 after being shot in the chest four times in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles. No one has ever been charged with his murder, which many ascribe to the feud with his West Coast rival, Tupac Shakur.
Marilyn Monroe was found dead in the bedroom of her Brentwood home on 5 August 1962 at the age of 36. Her death was ruled to be "acute barbiturate poisoning" by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office and listed as "probable suicide". Many detectives believe that she was murdered to cover up her affairs with President John F Kennedy and his brother, Robert.
